Join me for a getaway enjoying daily flow of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing and delicious vegetarian dining. Retreat and reconnect with yourself in the most beautiful way. Strip away the stress of day-to-day life and seclude yourself in the practice of Sacred Movement, Breathwork, Mantra and Gong Meditation. Together we’ll celebrate life, love, beauty and excellence! Retreats are sacred environments for one to immerse themselves in quiet reflective time, honoring themselves in loving and meaningful ways. The only focus is YOU.
What We’ll be up to!
Taking time to love yourself is an intentional and devotional practice. Join me on a sacred journey through the teachings and practice of Kundalini Yoga & Realm of Spirit. Immerse yourself in daily classes and Sadhana Meditation to deepen, restore & enliven your relationship to yourself.
In addition, we’ll have the opportunity to participate in healing ceremonies that may include shamanic tradition of saging, rattling, singing, drumming and movement. We’ll have additional time to create together, laugh and play.

Each day is themed for an element of learning and growing. You can participate in as much or as little as this is your unique retreat experience. I am here to offer loving healing support throughout your journey. Every element of the retreat is carefully thought out & planned to provide the most inclusive well-rounded experience. Everyone is welcome to join me for this experience.

SOUND HEALING: We will have two kinds of sound bath experiences. 1) Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Gong and more. 2) Shamanic Style w/ Drums, Rattles, Wave Drums, Saging and more!
SACRED ART MAKING: I’ll bring the teachings and traditions of “Medicine Making” to our circle. You’ll have the option to join in and create something beautiful for example- Rattle, Medicine Bag, Beaded Art.
CEREMONY: We’ll gather around the fire for an incredible and beautiful experience of ceremony. May include 4-directional Prayer, Community Rattling, Drumming, Movement and more!

$2000 Private ‘King’ Cabin w/ private bathroom en-suite, mini fridge and coffee/tea station. Cabins sit poolside. Single Occupancy or Double Occupancy ($3000 double occupancy).

Bunk Beds
$1050 Full Size Bunk Beds shared bathroom. These have sliding doors that close the space for privacy. Access to the bathroom for participants during classes is through the walkway of this room.

STS (Sonoma County) is 1 hour from retreat center.
